Dear Club Officers,

Please accept my heartiest congratulations for being elected as the club President, Club Hon. Secretary and Club Hon. Treasurer for the Lionistic Year 2023-2024, which is a real beacon of hope or a new era for our beloved District 3234D2 as we are working united to serve the society and causes of Lionism under the most promising leadership of our District Governor MJF Lion Vijay Bhandari. Wish you all club officers a very bright, service full and enthusiastic year ahead. I'm grateful to our District Governor MJF Lion Vijay Bhandari for giving me an opportunity to work as District GST Coordinator. I assure our leadership that I will serve our district with the best of my efforts and thus meet all the expectations. Friends, as per the guidelines given by our visionary District Governor and GAT Chairperson MJF Lion Vijay Bhandari, this year we have planned our District reporting on similar lines to Lions Clubs International reporting. Based on the reporting done by the clubs, Top 10 clubs will be short listed. To help every club to conduct various activities and permanent Project we have qualified GST team to support you region wise and to have meaningful resources throughout the year we have made tie-ups with more than 25 NGOs / individuals. We look ahead to set new benchmarks in various categories throughout the year for:

• Maximum expenses on activities
• Maximum number of activities Maximum Lions and Non Lions man-hours spent for activities
• Maximum number of beneficiaries.

No target is big enough if we all work together as a team towards the goal of doing satisfactory activities and I am sure all the club officers in guidance of district chairpersons of various portfolio?s will come together to fulfill the dream of our District Governor.

Please involve your clubs service chairperson, past presidents in your projects, get their Guidance for the activities, appoint committees to plan service projects, involve new members and importantly call the prospective members to your club activities. Raise the visibility of Lions service impact in local communities and to attract potential new members, may be Invite and involve your friends and relatives in service projects. This will help us achieve the LCI's MISSION 1.5 billion membership.

Last but not least, please report your activities to the Lions Clubs International and District Website in time. Be an active member of a global team.
