QUALIFYING CRITERIA : (Proportionate to Membership Strength of the respective Club)
Following seven criteria's are to be fulfilled by the club within a year to qualify for Top 10 Club competition
1. Amount Spent on activities (Minimum Yearly activity budget):
Clubs below 25 members -1lacs per year.
Clubs below 50 members -3lacs per year.
Clubs above 50 members -10 lacs per year.
2. Number of activities: At least 50% of that of the club membership strength or 50 activities whichever is
minimum
(e.g.: if club membership strength is 30 then 50% is 15 no's of activities within a year)
3. Man-hours spent on activities: Two hours per member per month
(e.g.: If club membership strength is 30 then 30 X 2hrs X 12 month= 720 man hours within year).
4. Number of Beneficiaries: Minimum 3 Beneficiaries per member.
(e.g.: if Club membership is 30 then beneficiary 30 X 3 X12 =900 Beneficiaries within a year)
5. At least one Permanent Project.
6. At least two Signature activity.
7. At least five International Program.
Rules:
1. Minimum expenditure on each activity should be of 2500/- or Minimum beneficiary 15no's per activity.
(Exception- Humanitarian Efforts.)
2. In case of any correction in the activity reporting can be done before the 10th of the month following quarter end
(10th Oct. 2023, 10th Jan. 2024, 10 April 2024, and 10th July 2024) or one week before the Award night
whichever is earlier
3. Separate 3 Categories of clubs for top 10 Competition as follow:
a) Clubs having 1 to25 membership strength
b) Clubs up to 26 to 50 membership strength
c) Clubs having51 and above membership. And
d) For Clubs Below 5 Years- Top 5 Clubs competition.
4. Points can be claimed for activities conducted during the installation but without any extra points i.e. Extra
points against the presence of Chairperson or Cabinet officers and so on cannot be claimed.
5. Activity reported to International and District will only be considered for District activity contest.
6. Top 10 clubs data will be counted on the basis of activities submitted by club till the month end.
